There's nothing like having clear, beautiful skin and most of us don't know how to get rid of acne, instead we try to cover our problem skin with makeup which can actually worsen it big time. Well it's time to get smart and learn how you can rid yourself of acne.
Well it is true that you are what you eat, however it's important to know what to put in our bodies to gain that skin we all die for and what to leave out.

Use it while cooking or sprinkle it on your food. You can even make a paste of gram flour with water and add a pinch of turmeric and use as a face pack twice a week. e) Cranberry juice and Cranberries are known to be diuretics that flush your system. F) Celery will not only do your complexion good but also your figure due to it being low in calories.
Believe it or not stress can actually contribute to problem skin. Try not to be stressed or depressed. Deep breathing will help calm you.
It's a good idea to tie your hair so it does not touch your face which can lead to oil travelling from your hair to your forehead. Also wash your hair often as dandruff can also cause acne. However do not use too many products on your hair as it can aggravate your skin and lead to a break out. Never use any products that are harsh for your skin either.
Though it's hard to resist, never ever pinch or pick your pimples as this will inflame the tissue and not only causes an infection to spread but also leave a scar, and sometimes a real bad one.
Exercise often to help your body get rid of waste through your sweat.
Make sure your sleep well as your body needs to get at least 7-8 hours to help it repair itself which will in turn help you in gaining a clear complexion.
See that your towels and pillow cases are always clean as you can transfer bacteria and oil to your face which can cause acne.
Wash your hands before you wash your face as you can transfer dirt and bacteria that can irritate your skin. Use a mild cleanser not a one for oily skin which will further aggravate your acne even more.
Remember if you still have acne even after you keep a watch on your diet and maintain a strict cleansing regime, do consult a dermatologist as acne can also be due to medical problems like polycystic ovaries or still worse you could be mistaking something else for acne.
